I’m a life-long non-profit professional, with a deep understanding of people and group dynamics, learned during my tenure as a psychotherapist.  I specialize in conflict resolution, program design and implementation, change management, team performance improvement, executive coaching, training, and facilitation.  I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and am a former Licensed Professional Counselor (TX) and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).

I’m passionate about helping people enjoy their work and strengthening organizations so they accomplish their goals.
