LORETTA T. BOGOSIAN, PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATOR, MARINE SYSTEMS CORPORATION
Pamela has conducted several trainings for our staff that have proven to be enjoyable, informative and very effective. Her “Having Difficult Conversations” training for our Program Managers not only provided our Program Managers with the tools to have the kind of conversations with their employees that are too often avoided, but the training session also helped our Program Managers connect with each other in a way they don’t usually have the time to do. Realizing that fellow PMs have the same challenges dealing with employees was very helpful to company administrative cohesion. I have continued to hear from those who took this training that they think about what Pamela taught/showed them and they use it not only at work but in their personal relationships as well.
More recently she conducted a workshop for our home office employees which focused on increasing workplace knowledge and cross team communication. It worked as a Team Building day, something we hadn’t tried before. Once again, not only did folks learn about themselves, but also about their fellow employees and about the company and its history. Because each department’s employees tend to communicate within their department, this workshop helped promote cross departmental understanding which has become valuable to our company.
Pamela is very skilled at communicating with a wide array of personalities and employment levels. Our group of folks is not usually very forthcoming and slow to warm up to new influences but they were able to open up and relate to her and to each other as Pamela tapped into and enabled their inner desire to connect.
Pamela provided an invaluable experience to our company, and I am eager for her to conduct additional workshops and trainings at some of our other locations.

KAY LYNN HENDRIX, DELL EMC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Pamela is great to work with! She tailored a great training to fit the needs of my team – both new and tenured – to help us get EXACTLY what we need. Her ability to engage both the quiet and unobservant is masterful. Not only that, people are actually putting the training to use. Highly recommend!
JOSEPH BAUER, INTERIM VICE PRESIDENT AT AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY
I have known Pamela for over a decade. I have worked with her on several projects over the years – and she knows a lot about organizational development and how to understand and resolve the kinds of dynamics that disrupt the effectiveness of leaders, groups, and the larger landscape of the Organization. As a consultant, Pamela has the knowledge and experience to be of great benefit to you in resolving the kinds of issues and challenges that cause ‘less than optimal’ outcomes.
Overall, Pamela is very experienced and an expert at utilizing the many tools that lead to better outcomes for organizational development. She also has specific areas of focus in her consulting role – such as facilitation, executive coaching, conflict resolution and even strategic planning. I have observed her ‘in action’ – and she is very facile at getting individuals, groups, and even the larger dynamics of an organization moving in the right direction. She utilizes many methods to identify and resolve problems and has a natural ability in working efficiently at smoothing out and resolving the kinds of behavior and attitudes that are detrimental – so as to achieve effectiveness for the individual, group, or organizational landscape.
Additionally, Pamela is proficient at working through strategic planning processes. Effective strategic planning produces fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organization is, who it serves, what it does, and why it does it. Effective strategic plans – have clear, aligned plan for the future.
In summary – Pamela can benefit your organization by making it better. Better functioning and better business outcomes. Once you utilize her consulting services – you will be a repeat customer. I very highly recommend Pamela Villars – let her work with you and for you!
RYAN P. SOISSON, FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL, SOISSON & ASSOCIATES
Pamela is an exceptionally talented organization development consultant leveraging the wisdom gleaned from group and individual counseling work. I know no one more comfortable or skilled in moving a group from “stuck” to “unstuck.” Pamela is one of the best coaches I have met. I’ve benefited tremendously from her coaching throughout my career. She models courage— habitually speaking the unspoken dynamic, repeatedly putting herself on the line to say what needs to be said with a feel for the right moment. Pamela carries this courage into her instructional and intervention design taking the risks that I’ve learned are critical to making learning events or group development sessions deeply impactful. Pamela has a natural sense of change management backed by strong theoretical constructs. She models what she preaches and practices.
PAULETTE CARTER, SENIOR DIRECTOR, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND INTEGRATION
I know you will ask the difficult questions, you will make sure we all understand and you will do it with kindness and compassion. You are not a pushover and honesty is the key to the relationship, candor required. Your coaching sessions were the highlight of leadership institute, great praise as they challenged everything in me. That year was one of the best and worst in my career, you are a permanent voice in my head.
I am forever changed from the experience thanks in no small part to you.
